President Johnson flips through an album of pictures showing events in the Gemini 4 space flight presented to him today by astronauts James McDivitt, left, and Edward White just after he announced their promotion from major to lieutenant colonel. The exchange of gifts was made at the Manned Space Center near Houston, Texas. McDivitt holds framed picture showing White during his space walk. Between McDivitt and the President is Dr. Robert Seamans, Space Agency associate administrator.
