Top executives of the CBS Radio network gathered in New Orleans today for conferences with owners and officials of affiliated stations from eight states. Howard Summerville, general manager of WWL and chairman of the southern district of CBS affiliates, was host to the group, which met in a closed session in the Gold Room of The Roosevelt.
