Washington--In Shadows Of Lincoln Memorial--President Johnson and Britain's Prime Minister Sir Alec Douglas-Home walk past an honor guard today at Lincoln Memorial where they placed wreaths in tribute to the memory of the Civil War president. The ceremony was held on the 155th anniversary of the birth of Lincoln. In background are the reflecting, its banks covered with snow, and the Washington Monument.
