President Nixon and West German Chancellor Kurt Georg Kiesinger begin their first round of talks today at the White House. The talks are expected to center on European security problems and East-West relations. However, West German sources said Kiesinger is prepared to tell Nixon of his government's intentions to work for better relations with Poland and the countries of eastern Europe.
