Washington (AP) - President Johnson said Friday the Communists are "taking a drubbing" in Vietnam, and declared that if Congress wants to disavow his war policies, the machinery is at hand. In effect, the President challenged his congressional critics to undo if they can the joint resolution of August 7, 1964. approving and support all necessary steps to prevent further aggression.
