Joy Ann LeBlanc, Queen Sugar XXVIII of the Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival and Fair Association, receives silver replica of the world's tallest building from Daniel J. Howe, Jr., public relations director, during her visit to the Empire State Building. "Queen Sugar" makes an annual visit to the Empire State to greet all New Yorkers with "Hi, Sugar!" the trade mark salutation of all "Queen Sugars," and to invite them to the Louisiana Sugar Cane Festival and Fair scheduled to be held in New Iberia in September.
