Father Philip Hughes, hailed as the foremost Catholic Church historian, is the author of A Popular History of the Reformation which will be published in March by Hanover House. Father Hughes is the author of The Reformation in England, a three-volume study; The History of the Church, and A Popular History of the Catholic Church. The latter has sold 125,000 copies in the Image Book edition--one of the largest sales in the history of "quality" paperbook publishing.
