This is among the better of all recent books on United States foreign policy. Foreign policy, Hilsman says, "happens." Roger Hilsman, the author of "To Move A Nation" Assistant Secretary of State for the Far East. "To Move A Nation" a thorough analysis of recent major U.S. foreign policy involvements. Mr. Hilsman who served under Presidents Kennedy and Johnson is presently Professor for Internal Affairs at Columbia University.
