Singer Vic Damone signs legal documents outside a Superior courtroom today seeking issuance of a bench warrant for the arrest of his ex-wife, Italian actress Pier Angeli. Judge Allen T. Lynch issued the warrant - then canceled the order. The judge said he withdrew the order because he doubted the legality of the proceedings before him. Miss Angeli flew to Europe on Tuesday with her son, Perry, 3, in defiance of a court order restraining her from taking the child out of California.
