Observing their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday night are Mr. and Mrs. Howard Olivier, of 2915 Jackson Boulevard, Chalmette. Mr. Olivier, 70, is a retired crane operator with Flintkote Corporation. Mrs. Olivier is 65. Both are natives of New Orleans and have lived in Chalmette for the past six years. The couple has three children, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
