1967 Press Photo Captain Walter Sessums, Chief of Staff for Commander 2nd Fleet

Captain Walter M. Sessums, United States Navy, a native of New Orleans, has assumed the duties of Chief of Staff for Commander Second Fleet and NATO's Strike Fleet in the Atlantic, according to a Navy spokesman. Sessums reported to his present assignment following a tour of duty as Chief of Staff and Aide to Commander Antisubmarine Warfare Group Five, in the Western Pacific.
