Special tribute will be paid on Veterans' Day Saturday to one of the first veterans of the United States by Spirit of '76 Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution. He was a Revolutionary soldier who fought under Don Bernardo de Galvez, Spanish governor of the Louisiana Territory, at Baton Rouge, Mobile and Pensacola--New Orleans-born Joseph Enoul Dugue de Livaudais, born in 1753.
