Police early today captured two young New Yorkers who admitted they burglarized at least 10 homes and attempted to break into as many more in the West Lakeshore and Gentilly areas recently. The policemen are Patrolman Joe Schiro and Patrolman Robert Boudreaux of Third District.The capture followed a bullet-punctuated chase through the West Lakeshore area at 2:30 a.m. Frank Vonn and David John Diello captured after chase.
