1968 Press Photo Mark & Wayne Westcott- Boy's Club of Greater New Orleans

First Prize in a pet contest sponsored by the Boy's Club of Greater New Orleans Wednesday was taken by two shiny turt'es owned by Mark Westcott (left). Mark, 12, polished them up with floor polish. Mark's brother, Wayne, 9, won first prize for smallest pet, a tick he picked off his dog.
