Walter G. Simpson, Ronald L. Price, arrested in Vieux Carre. Two men who said they are wanted in California for burglary and bond jumping were arrested in the French Quarter early today with burglary tools, radios, cigarettes and a large quantity of marijuana. Booked with being fugitives, vagrancy and possession of marijuana were Walter Gene Simpson, 29, and Ronald Lee Price, 30.
