The Key To The Tulane Avenue Branch of the National Bank of Commerce was turned over to its manager, Edward B. Weaks, right, by Bank President John Oulliber, when the new branch was opened Monday. The location is 3308 Tulane in a new building which has five floors of office space above the first floor banking facilities.
