The Retail Merchants Bureau of the Chamber of Commerce of the New Orleans Area elected these officers Friday. Seated is Jack M. Weiss, re-elected chairman. Standing are Leon Godchaux II (left), elected vice-chairman in charge of the downtown activities, and Phillip Werlein IV, re-elected vice-chairman.
