Mrs. Paul L. Vegas is the new president of the Queen of Spades Garden Club. Other officers are Mrs. A. L. Stumpf, vice-president; Mrs. William Bagnetto, recording secretary; Mrs. Farrell Nicholson, corresponding secretary, and Mrs. James Penns, treasurer. Installation is set for December 13 at luncheon at the Timberlane Country Club.
