An oak leaf cluster to the air medal is presented to Lt. (J.G.) Wilbur Warlick, left, of Tulane university by Captain Edward Eves, commandant of the Naval ROTC unit at Tulane, for distinguished service during the recent Berlin air lift. Lt. Warlick served as plane commander for 100 missions for Operation Vittles.
