Description
Vietnamese need tools and equipment to rebuild villages, Mrs. Joseph B. Wrenn and Lt. Col. Philip J. Bongaerts look over display of carpenter tools. In Vietnam the U.S. Marines are fighting hard on two fronts - military and civic. When they move into a new area, they find they have to win more than a military battle against the Viet Cong. They have to win the support and cooperation of the people - a people often sullen, destitute, and frightened by the threats of the Viet Cong terrorists.
