Ernest D. Wilson, Baton Rouge attorney and president of the Dunham-Wilson Company, a steel fabricating firm in the capital city, is the man Gov. Robert F. Kennon has appointed chairman of Louisiana's new board of commerce and industry. At its first meeting Tuesday, the board approved more than $2,500,000 in tax exemption for industrial expansion.
