Description
Florida's new 1969 citrus queen, blonde 21-year-old Kathy Young paid New Orleans a whirlwind visit Monday. She was escorted by a group including her chaperone, Mrs. Bobby Smith, and Jim Sutton, district manager of the Florida Citrus Commission. Miss Young, a University of Florida senior, was dressed a lemon-colored dress which matched her hair.
