Living in London, Lisbon, Rome, New York, Hollywood hasn't jaded heather Woods' interest in new places. She came to New Orleans just to give a lecture - that was two months ago. "Enchanting" is her word for our town. She promptly settled down in a French Quarter apartment to write a book - about Portugal. Heather Woods is an English journalist. She says that "maybe in a few months I'll be returning to London."
