1962 Press Photo Marilyn Wimberly displays the Key to the City of New Orleans

Pretty Marilyn Wimberly, outstanding girl teenager from Houston, proudly displays a gold key to the city of New Orleans presented to her by Councilman James E. Fitzmorris Jr., at the Sheraton-Charles hotel this morning. A recent graduate of Incarnate Word Academy, Marilyn was selected for her unusual honors from several thousand Harris county high school seniors. Her trip to New Orleans, part of her reward, will last through Sunday.
