The New Orleans Homestead Savings and Loan League has a new board of governors. Elected for six-month terms are from left to right, E. Clarence Rolfs, secretary, Jacob Shaaf, chairman, and standing Charles E. Whitmore and Patrick H. Brennan. Missing from photo is Mandeville P. Arnoult, Jr., vice chairman. Each heads one of the league's five committees. Election was held at a recent regular weekly meeting at the St. Charles Hotel.
