Mrs. Sophie B. Brechtel, recently retired traffic safety coordinator for the city, was honored at a luncheon hosted by the Women's Activities Division of the Metropolitan New Orleans Safety Council. The luncheon at the Roosevelt Hotel yesterday, honored Mrs. Brechtel for her 12 years of service. Participating in the annual awards luncheon of the Women's Activities Division of the Metropolitan New Orleans Safety Council are, from left, City Traffic Court Judge David H.
