Sardar Sha-Nawaz, in an address to members of the Foreign Relations Association and International House Thursday night said any cut in the United states Foreign Aid bill must inevitably have its repercussions in the development of the recipient country. Nawaz, minister of the Embassy of Pakistan, spoke on the reduction already made in Foreign Aid to Pakistan and said it would mean "sharp reductions" in various Pakistan programs.
