Janis Rabin is general chairman of the youth division of the Jewish Welfare Fund whose annual drive is now in progress. The Jewish Youth Council, of which Janis is vice-president, is sponsoring the drive. The Youth Council, she explained is comprised of representatives from all the Jewish youth organizations throughout the city; and it is they who are responsible for tapping the teenage money supply for this fund raising drive.
