Seal on a Bouy in Charleston Harbor, South Carolina. It's a rare sight for the warm South Carolina waters, but this five-foot seal is perched on a sea bouy near the entrance to the Charleston Harbor. Harbor Pilot Arthur Jenkins, who snapped the picture, and his fellow pilots are convinced that this is the same seal who has made a Fall appearance for the past two years.
