In recognition of their civic spirit and devotion to duty,E members of the New Orleans Auxiliary Police Corps were cited Friday night at a ceremony in City Hall. a certificate of commendation from Mayor deLesseps S. Morrison and the city council was presented to Arthur C. Seaver (left), corps chief. Making the presentation is Councilman Glenn P. Clasen. Speakers includes Clasen, Councilman James E. Fitzmorris Jr., police Superintendent Provosty A. Dayries, Council President Victor H. Schiro and Colonel Joseph S Tate, deputy director of the local office of civil defense.
