Beginning work on the emergency levee setback at Montz, Louisiana, 25 miles north of New Orleans, Wednesday are U.S. Army Corps of Engineer crews, working from a barge-wharf, lower right. The crevasse that caused the emergency setback is seen in the lower left. The cluster of houses, upper right, have been moved to make way for the setback.
