1969 Press Photo Photographers Awards winner Mrs. Eugene Ragan at Fontainebleau

Mrs. Eugene S. Ragan of New Orleans has been awarded the grand prize at the 20th annual convention of the Professional Photographers of Louisiana, Incorporated. Mrs. Ragan was presented the award last night at the photographers awards banquet at the Fontainebleau Motor Hotel. She was honored for her direct color portrait "Mademoiselle Dearumaux."
