Louisiana has more vocational technical schools than any other state in the union, a representative of the state department of education vocational division said here today. A.E. Robinson, assistant superintendent for vocational education, said these schools provide a large available trained working force in the area, a key factor in the location of industries here. He is attending the Louisiana Vocational Education Conference which opened today at the Jung Hotel. The conference will continue through Saturday.
