1967 Press Photo Student Uniforms during 100 years' of St. Mary's Academy

Student uniforms have changed during the 100 years' existence of St. Mary's Academy. Modeling the changes are, from left, Claire Ferrend, wearing a 1867 uniform when the school was an elementary boarding institution on Chartres; Patricia Owens in a 1907 outfit; Jo Ann Dupre, with a combination worn in the 1940s; Patricia Washington in the style of the 1940s; Laverne Mercadel in the uniform of the early 1960s and Carolyn Jenkins in today's uniform which was adopted in September 1966.

Photo is dated 1967.
