Mayor Victor H. Schiro (left) officiated Wednesday ceremonies changing the former "Aftercare" Clinic to the new Southeastern Mental Health Clinic, 410 Chartres. Participating in the ceremonies with Schiro were Dr. Kyle Hamm (right), psychiatric consultant, and Ben Ray, clinic administrator. -- The former Southeastern After Care Clinic officially changed its named and status Wednesday at ceremonies of 410 Chartres. The clinic will hereafter be known as the Southeastern Mental Health Clinic and will provide a community mental health clinic which offers adults psychiatric service, children's service, rehabilitation service, diagnostic evaluation, and consultation to community groups.
