Dr. H. Marvin Pollard, A recent study, conducted at the University of Michigan revealed that persons who have had parts of their stomachs removed, don't always absorb their calcium and fats properly. The same is true of persons suffering from diseased intestines. The study, involving several hundred patients, was described here Wednesday by Dr. H. Marvin Pollard, Ann Arbor, Michigan, professor of medicine, University of Michigan Medical school.
