A six-foot-five-inch tall strong man and his male companion were captured by state police today, minutes after they allegedly had helped themselves to a $700 wardrobe in a Metairie Road men's shop Booked with burglary and auto theft are John Nieubuurt, 21, of Chicago, and Ronald J. Jochen, 23, of Los Angles.
