1958 Press Photo Marcia Stephens &Nell Maniscalco- Charged with Kidnapping

Marcia Stephens, left, and Nell Maniscalco, both of 2325 Constance, were booked as fugitives from Georgia today in connection with a warrant charging the kidnapping of Mrs. Stephens' daughter, Geraldine, 8. The charge was made at Atlanta by Mrs. Stephens' divorced husband.
