Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Perino (left), foster parents who have cared for 35 children, are presented a silver bowl in recognition of their services by Mrs. H. R. Soboloff, president of the Children's Bureau of New Orleans, on behalf of the bureau. The ceremony took place at the Whitney National Bank Thursday.
