1969 Press Photo Volunteers of America Advisory Board at the Roosevelt Hotel

Jules Paglin, president of the Volunteers of America Advisory Board, presents a resolution expressing appreciation for the gift of furniture and furnishings from 200 rooms of the Roosevelt Hotel when that building was completely refurnished. Accepting the resolution is Dan Mikulak, general manager of the hotel. From left at the ceremony were Paglin, Mrs. Stanley Ray, president of the Women's Auxiliary of the Volunteers of America, Mikulak and Colonel Ray C. Tremont, regional director of VA.
