1956 Press Photo Mexican official in New Orleans to open the Mexican Exhibit

Carlos Paez, Virginia Velarde, Irene Buchanan with Mexican exhibits. Mexico's Antonio Mendez Fernandez, minister plenipotentiary in the Foreign Service, was a New Orleans visitor Saturday. He came here to take part in ceremonies opening the Mexican exhibit at International Trade Mart. The exhibit is the first of a series of cultural and industrial exhibits from 11 Latin American nations to open there.
