Pagonis, left, commandant of the Greek Port Corps academy, yesterday headed a party of officers and cadets who toured New Orleans waterfront facilities under the guidance of Lieutenant A.H. Ebert, United State Coast Guard, right, executive officer, captain of the port. The Greek officers will leave here today for Houston aboard the S.S. Helenic Sky.
