Smiles were the order of the day Friday at the Roosevelt Hotel as Charles A. Prechter (center), who served as president of the Sales-Marketing Executives of the Chamber of Commerce of the New Orleans Area during the 1967-68 year, was presented three top awards given to the local SME at the 33rd International Marketing Congress of Sales Marketing Executives-International in Mexico City.
