Ptn. Terry Parta- reloads after gun fight. An ex-convict was shot to death on O'Keefe ave. Saturday morning as he started to run after firing at one of two New Orleans policemen who sought to question him. He was identified as Floyd Daniel Roberts, 34, 4117 AirLine hwy.
