Emile H. Poissenot Jr. becomes the fourth generation member to serve on the New Orleans Police Department as he receives his badge from his grandfather, Paul P. Poissenot, retired detective, at recruit class graduation exercises today. Looking on are his father, retired detective Emile H. Poissenot Sr., and an uncle, Capt. Lloyd Poissenot.
