The traffic safety chairman of St. Raphael School's Co-operative Club has been awarded a national safety award. Mrs. Lillian Patti, 5517 Elysian Fields, the chairman, was presented the Carol Lane Certificate for traffic safety by John R. Van Kirk, a representative of Shell Oil Company. Shell provides a grant to the National Safety Council to finance the awards.
