The newly-elected youth affiliate officers of the Southern Federation of Syrian-Lebanon-American Clubs were honored Sunday night at a reception at the Pan American motel sponsored by the Syrian-Lebanon-American Club of New Orleans. Miss Martha Owen was named youth president of the federation, which includes 11 states, at a recent convention in San Antonio, Texas.
