Archaeological discoveries during the past three decades in areas of South Central Mexico have "revolutionized" archaeology in Southern Mexico and in Northern Central American areas. This was emphasized in a lecture Wednesday night at Tulane University by John Paddock, chairman of the department of anthropology at the University of Americas, Mexico City.
