Joseph E. Pace of Lake Charles, left, newly elected president of the Louisiana Beer Wholesalers Association, is congratulated by his predecessor, Herman Gelpi of New Orleans. Pace was elected at the annual convention of the LBWA which closed today at the Roosevelt hotel. Bob Hurtig of New Orleans was elected treasurer of the association and James Aldige Jr., New Orleans, was named secretary.
