Members of the French Colony gathered last week at a St. Charles avenue center for the opening program-tea given by members of Les Causeries du Lundi. Among those serving as hostesses for the afternoon were (from left) Mrs. Eads Poitevent Jr., Mrs. Yvonne le Mercier du Quesnay and Mrs. Felix H. Lapeyre, who are being served tea cakes by little Miss Louise Poitevent, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Poitevent.
